No work can be taken in or collected during this period, and I will not be contactable.
Important Notice: I have caught up with the majority of the work in the workshop.
Current scheduling, when I return from holidays, indicates turnaround time of approximately 1 week.
This will change however as the number of reels received increases.

Also, if you complete the online booking form the next step is to send the reel/s to the PO Box indicated, or arrange a time to drop them off.
Don’t wait for me to reply, as I will only do so if you have asked me a question.
There are still a number of booking forms which the reels have not turned up/been posted. Please don’t fill out a booking form for unless you intend to post it.

NOTE: All reels go into the service que once they are received, so turnaround times are based on when I physically receive the reel/s.

If you require reel parts then I can supply you with all parts currently available from the suppliers.
Also, I carry all the common metric bearing sizes found in most reels.

I NO LONGER DO ANY ROD RELATED WORK.
This includes guide repairs, custom rod builds, re-builds and restoration works. The demand for reel servicing is overwhelming and is my #1 priority.
